Licensed Therapist — Independent Contractor

Path to Growth Marriage & Family Counseling is growing! We are seeking compassionate, motivated, and independently licensed therapists to join our group practice in Texas and Nevada.

We are looking for clinicians who value high-quality, culturally responsive care and are interested in growing their private-practice caseload while maintaining flexibility and professional autonomy.

This is a flexible 1099 independent contractor opportunity with the ability to provide telehealth services. In-person opportunities may also be available depending on location.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting initial assessments and ongoing psychotherapy

• Providing individual, couples, and/or family therapy based on your areas of competence

• Developing appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans

• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Communicating professionally with clients and the practice

• Maintaining all applicable licensing, ethical, and professional requirements

We are currently seeking independently licensed clinicians in:

Texas: LMFT, LPC, LCSW
Nevada: LMFT, CPC, LCSW

We welcome therapists from a variety of clinical backgrounds and specialties. Clinicians with experience or interest in anxiety, relationships and couples therapy, men's mental health, life transitions, and culturally informed therapy are especially encouraged to apply.
